SIGN THE PETITION
  1. One-time payment of $100,000 to each descendant of those enslaved in the United States, or its territories, that requests the payment and was born on or before December 31, 2120 and who has attained the age of 18.
  2. Forty acres of land or one-time voucher of up to $500,000 for the purchase of land or other real estate to each descendant of those enslaved in the United States, or its territories, that requests the land or voucher and was born on or before December 31, 2120 and who has attained the age of 21, with no tax liability on such land or other real estate granted or purchased with the voucher so long as the land or real estate is 100% owned by a descendant of those enslaved in the United States, or its territories, or by a company that is 100% owned by a descendant or descendants of those enslaved in the United States, or its territories.
  3. Business grant of up to $1,000,000 to each descendant of those enslaved in the United States, or its territories, that requests the payment and was born on or before December 31, 2120 and who has attained the age of 30.
  4. Education voucher of up to $100,000 per year but not more than the amount equal to the cost of attendance for the student who is a descendant of those enslaved in the United States, or its territories, and was born on or before December 31, 2120, to attend an accredited College or University.
  5. No federal nor state income tax liability for any descendant of those enslaved in the United States, or its territories. Cancellation of all debts of the descendants of those enslaved in the United States and its territories, currently incurred, even if not yet accrued, including student loans and child support.
  6. Abolish Slavery of any kind, including enslavement of prisoners by amending the Thirteenth Amendment.
  7. Abolish all criminal drug laws, child support enforcement and payment of all child support debt and arrears and future child support levied on any descendant of those enslaved in the United States or its territories.
  8. Prohibit arrest or vehicle confiscation for any Class C Misdemeanor, Non-Moving traffic violation, or any Traffic Violation where no harm occurred, including but not limited to registration or inspection sticker violations and lack of vehicle insurance for non-commercial purposes, and prohibit any arrest or vehicle confiscation for failure to appear in court for any of such traffic violations or Class C Misdemeanors: This law may be cited as the Korryn Gaines Law.
  9. Immediate release, if in custody, and expulsion of conviction and conviction records of all inmates or prisoners who have been convicted of any Class C Misdemeanor Offense, Traffic Violation, Drug Law, Weapons Offense, or any homicide of a federal or state official: This law may be cited as the George Floyd Law.
  10. Fifty percent of U.S. land mass selected from the United States and its territories that is contiguous except for in the case of Hawaii and other U.S. territories where such land mass shall include but is not limited to some agricultural land, some land along the Mississippi River, coastal areas of California and other parts of California, including but not limited to Oakland and parts of San Diego, parts of Oregon and Washington, to include at least that part of Seattle where Mt. Rainier is located, parts of Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, including parts of San Antonio and Dallas and all of Houston and at least some coastal areas of Texas, including parts of Louisiana, including all of Shreveport and New Orleans, including parts of Mississippi, including all of Jackson and including at least some coastal areas of Mississippi, including parts of Alabama, including all of Mobile and including at least some coastal areas of Alabama, including parts of Georgia, including all of Atlanta, and all of Savannah and including at least some coastal areas of Georgia, including parts of Florida, including all of Tallahassee and Jacksonville and including at least some coastal areas of Florida, including parts of South Carolina and North Carolina, including parts or all of Charlotte, including parts of Virginia and Maryland and including at least some coastal areas of Virginia and Maryland, including all of Prince George’s County and all of Silver Spring, including parts of Washington DC, including parts of Pennsylvania, including Parts of New York, including parts of New York, City, including all of Brooklyn, Queens, and Bronx boroughs of New York City, including parts of Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Illinois, including parts of Chicago, including those parts of Chicago south of downtown Chicago and west of downtown Chicago, but not Cicero in any case, necessarily parts of Indiana, and including parts of Michigan to include all of Detroit, including Puerto Rico, and including Hawaii, except that Hawaii may elect to become its own country, and the Black Hills area may be given to the Native Americans who have previously claimed that land as their own country, and such lands annexed shall be for the purpose of creating a separate country for the descendants of those enslaved in the United States and its territories to live and govern themselves according to the laws of their culture for a free and just society with its own constitution, military, public works and the like, with concurrent citizenship and passport eligibility to this new country, the United States, and at least one participating African country of choice, for each descendant of those enslaved in the United States and its territories.
